Basic training courses
The basics of public procurement law for everyone involved in tenders — practical and easy to understand.
Problem-oriented training
Case studies, question-and-answer games, 1‑day workshops: Application knowledge instead of pure knowledge transfer.
In-depth training
For specific topic segments — e.g. framework agreements, suitability requirements or your company’s current tender documents.
We conduct basic training
Public procurement law is divided into different procedural regulations, some of which have similar and some of which have different rules. We train sales, key account managers, bid managers, legal advisors, estimators, owners, managing directors and board members in the basics of public procurement law. Because only those who know the basics can assess how to use their procedural rights most effectively.
Problem oriented trainings
Pure knowledge transfer is no longer up to date in vocational training. What is needed is applied knowledge. Together with your HR department or your external service provider, we develop a portfolio of application-oriented training courses: a case study in a 1‑day workshop or a question-and-answer game comprising more than 100 sample cases. Talk to us — we will find the right format.
In-depth training
Certain topic segments require more in-depth study. For example, if you regularly conclude framework agreements, a four to six-hour module is recommended for this purpose. In joint meetings, we often also look through current tender documents and contract notices that are relevant to your company. The direct exchange ensures a rapid transfer of knowledge — the findings can usually be implemented immediately.
