Public procurement law Munich
Our Munich location
Bavaria is one of the most active federal states in Germany in terms of public procurement law. The Munich office is headed by Dr. Christoph Kins, specialist lawyer for public procurement law. We advise and represent public clients, bidders, applicants and grant recipients — in ongoing procurement advice, in the implementation of procurement procedures and in procurement disputes before the Southern Bavarian and Northern Bavarian Procurement Chambers and the Bavarian Supreme Court.
Public procurement law in Bavaria — what sets us apart
Bavaria is one of the most active federal states in Germany in terms of public procurement law. Public clients — from local authorities and the Free State to state universities and hospitals — award contracts worth billions every year. For bidders and applicants, this means considerable opportunities, but also complex procedural requirements.
As public procurement lawyers, we are familiar with the structures of the Southern Bavarian Public Procurement Chamber and the Northern Bavarian Public Procurement Chamber as well as the special features of the Bavarian Public Procurement Act (BayMiLoG). We support proceedings from the tendering phase through complaints and applications for review to immediate appeal proceedings before the Munich Higher Regional Court.
