I mainly advise and represent public clients in demanding building construction and infrastructure projects, starting with the conception, procurement in compliance with public procurement law and advice during execution, regularly with reference to subsidy and funding law. This includes, in particular, larger general contractor building construction, general planning and energy contracting projects. I also advise various housing companies in the area of the interface with the utilities industry, i.e. in the areas of property-specific licensing and supply contracts. A further focus of my advice is the awarding of electricity and gas concessions in accordance with Section 46f EnWG.

  • Award­ing of sup­ply ser­vices for elec­tric­i­ty and gas sup­ply as well as the award­ing of con­ces­sion con­tracts in accor­dance with Sec­tion 46 EnWG in the elec­tric­i­ty and gas sec­tor
  • Advis­ing insti­tu­tion­al prop­er­ty own­ers on all shared use mat­ters by local or nation­al util­i­ty com­pa­nies (license agree­ment, shared use frame­work agree­ments, own­er­ship assign­ments, etc.)
