Alisa Öfner
Ms. Öfner joins the new office in Munich and will focus on advising on the procurement of IT services. It is a reunion, as she already worked as a research assistant in public procurement law at the Leipzig office during her law studies.
After successfully completing her legal clerkship in Saxony, she moved to Munich, where she initially worked as an in-house lawyer at the headquarters of a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company. It was here that she got to know the bidder side, which is involved in public procurement procedures. Ms. Öfner is familiar with software solutions and AI tools.
Whether advising public clients or bidders or drafting contracts, Ms. Öfner looks for practicable solutions that are easy to implement while keeping an eye on the details. Her goal is to advance the digitalization of public clients and to support bidders along the way.
