From now on, attorney and specialist lawyer for public procurement law Dr. Christoph Kins will support the VBA e.V. — “Verband der Bergungs- und Abschleppunternehmen e. V.” — in tapping the complicated field of public procurement law for the industry-specific concerns. Due to the manifold deficiencies in current procurement practice, the VBA not only takes a very close look. Its goal is to sensitize tenderers in the run-up to a bid for a performance specification that is aimed at the actual professional circumstances of the companies in the industry. Only in this way can a generous equality of opportunity be established.
