Con­fer­ence fee is:

For one con­gress day: 500,00 € gross

For both con­gress days: 900,00 € gross

The price includes non-alco­holic bev­er­ages, cof­fee and snacks, lunch (2 cours­es) on both days, din­ner togeth­er on the first and the pre­sen­ta­tion mate­ri­als.

Costs of accom­mo­da­tion are not includ­ed in the price.

Can­cel­la­tion:

Can­cel­la­tion of a con­firmed reg­is­tra­tion must be made in text form. If a con­firmed reg­is­tra­tion is can­celled, the fol­low­ing can­cel­la­tion fees will apply if a replace­ment par­tic­i­pant is not pro­vid­ed for the meet­ing in ques­tion:

The same can­cel­la­tion con­di­tions apply as for the can­cel­la­tion of the event.

Please note that the City Tax is applic­a­ble for the overnight stay. The lodg­ing tax is five per­cent on paid overnight ser­vices. This will be charged to all guests in addi­tion to the room rate.
