abante wins pub­lic pro­cure­ment law expert Dr. Marc Pau­ka for Bonn office

Expe­ri­enced spe­cial­ist strength­ens pub­lic pro­cure­ment law prac­tice and sup­ports loca­tion expan­sion

Leipzig/Bonn, April 17, 2026. abante Recht­san­wälte, the nation­al pub­lic pro­cure­ment law firm, is con­tin­u­ing its growth course and will be rep­re­sent­ed with an addi­tion­al office in Bonn from May 1, 2026. With the estab­lish­ment of the new office, Dr. Marc Pau­ka, lawyer and spe­cial­ist lawyer for pub­lic pro­cure­ment law, will also strength­en the legal team of the spe­cial­ized law firm.

Dr. Pau­ka has more than 20 years of expe­ri­ence in pub­lic com­mer­cial law. His prac­tice focus­es on pub­lic pro­cure­ment law, pub­lic price law and pro­cure­ment in the areas of defense and infor­ma­tion tech­nol­o­gy. Most recent­ly, he head­ed the “Pub­lic Pro­cure­ment Law” depart­ment at BWI GmbH in Bonn, the IT sys­tem house of the Ger­man Armed Forces, for sev­er­al years. Pre­vi­ous­ly, he worked for KfW and inter­na­tion­al and spe­cial­ized com­mer­cial law firms.

In addi­tion to his work as a lawyer, Dr. Pau­ka is known through­out Ger­many for his many years of work as a speak­er and spe­cial­ist author. He is the edi­tor and author of sev­er­al stan­dard works on pub­lic pro­cure­ment and pric­ing law, was co-founder and mod­er­a­tor of the renowned Ger­man Pric­ing Law Day and is a lec­tur­er in pric­ing and pub­lic pro­cure­ment law.

With the open­ing of the Bonn office, abante is fur­ther expand­ing its nation­wide pres­ence and estab­lish­ing its first office in North Rhine-West­phalia. In addi­tion to the exist­ing offices in Berlin, Leipzig, Magde­burg, Munich and Frank­furt am Main, the law firm will now also have a direct local pres­ence in a cen­tral region for pub­lic pro­cure­ment, defense and IT pro­cure­ment.
