In the field of public procurement law, I have been assisting clients of all kinds with the preparation and implementation of procedures for several years. My main areas of expertise are IT, planning and construction procurement and the contract design.
Even in the event of a conflict both clients and applicantsbidders and bidding consortia. I help both sides to assert their rights by providing experienced guidance in complaint, review, immediate appeal and interim legal protection proceedings.
In grant law I support grant recipients in implementing the funding requirements in a way that is compliant with the award regulations. I have considerable experience in connection with the funding regulations of the nationwide broadband and gigabit expansion. In combination with comprehensive knowledge of the Telecommunications lawlegally compliant implementation of the expansion is ensured. My consulting services also include support in defending against revocations of grants in objection and court proceedings.
In addition to my consultancy work, I regularly publish specialist articles in the aforementioned areas of law and am member of the German Public Procurement Network.
