We sup­port pub­lic clients, pri­vate grant recip­i­ents and com­pa­nies bid­ding for pub­lic con­tracts in their day-to-day pur­chas­ing and sales activ­i­ties. In doing so, we pur­sue two goals. On the one hand, we want to clar­i­fy day-to-day issues for our clients with as lit­tle bureau­cra­cy, legal cer­tain­ty and speed as pos­si­ble. Sec­ond­ly, we pro­vide sup­port on fun­da­men­tal issues of strate­gic impor­tance with the aim of opti­miz­ing legal pur­chas­ing and sales.

Among the issues that we clar­i­fy for our clients on a dai­ly basis are, for exam­ple, how to deal with bids that do not con­form to form, hid­den com­plaints and major or minor mishaps (for­got­ten ref­er­ences or con­tra­dic­to­ry infor­ma­tion in the ten­der doc­u­ments, etc.).
We also reg­u­lar­ly eval­u­ate the impact of changes in leg­is­la­tion and case law on our clients’ pro­cure­ment prac­tices. We pro­vide appli­ca­tion-ori­ent­ed, prac­ti­cal­ly usable guide­lines so that our clients can award con­tracts in a legal­ly com­pli­ant man­ner and with a min­i­mum of bureau­cra­cy.
