IT ser­vices

We award IT ser­vices in a wide vari­ety of pro­cure­ment pro­ce­dures, e.g. com­pet­i­tive dia­log, open pro­ce­dure and nego­ti­at­ed pro­ce­dure. We also sup­port direct awards if the result of a mar­ket explo­ration indi­cates a unique posi­tion, e.g. for tech­ni­cal rea­sons. We are just as famil­iar with eval­u­a­tive test posi­tions for soft­ware devel­op­ment ser­vices as we are with struc­tured inter­views of project team mem­bers. We inte­grate any desired process mod­el (e.g. accord­ing to V‑Model XT, Scrum, oth­er agile mod­els) into your con­tract and your award pro­ce­dure. We can also advise you on sen­si­ble adap­ta­tions and addi­tions to your EVB-IT con­tract.
