We have exper­tise in main­te­nance and repair con­tracts, whether in accor­dance with AMEV or as a result of indi­vid­ual design. We are just as famil­iar with min­i­mum wage issues, for exam­ple in the case of clean­ing or secu­ri­ty ser­vices, as we are with the sen­si­ble struc­tur­ing of require­ment items in con­tracts for build­ing and facil­i­ty main­te­nance.
