Con­struc­tion ser­vices

We sup­port nation­wide award pro­ce­dures for con­struc­tion ser­vices and build­ing main­te­nance ser­vices. This includes award pro­ce­dures for com­plex gen­er­al contractor/general contractor/technical contractor/technical con­trac­tor con­tracts, par­tic­u­lar­ly in infra­struc­ture projects, as well as sim­ple pub­lic ten­ders in accor­dance with VOB/A. We use the rel­e­vant form sys­tems (e.g. VHB), but also advise you on the indi­vid­ual devi­a­tions required under con­struc­tion con­tract law.

Prepa­ra­tion of all award and con­tract doc­u­ments (except spec­i­fi­ca­tions) for the award of build­ing main­te­nance ser­vices (clin­ic main­te­nance), suc­cess­ful devel­op­ment of a call-off mech­a­nism in the mul­ti-part­ner sys­tem, suc­cess­ful imple­men­ta­tion of an open pro­ce­dure for the award as a frame­work agree­ment by way of a bid­ding and ten­der­ing pro­ce­dure in accor­dance with Sec­tion 4 EU Para. 4 VOB/A, man­age­ment of the award file and the award note, val­ue of the award approx. € 28 mil­lion

Prepa­ra­tion of all award and con­tract doc­u­ments (except ser­vice descrip­tion) for the award of tree felling and clear­ing work, suc­cess­ful exe­cu­tion of a pub­lic ten­der in accor­dance with VOB/A, man­age­ment of the award file and the award note, val­ue of the award approx. 50,000 €

Prepa­ra­tion of all award and con­tract doc­u­ments (except ser­vice descrip­tion and con­tract) for the award of a rental con­tract for a uni­ver­si­ty loca­tion, suc­cess­ful imple­men­ta­tion of a nego­ti­at­ed pro­ce­dure with a call for com­pe­ti­tion in accor­dance with EU VOB/A, suc­cess­ful rep­re­sen­ta­tion of the client in the review pro­ce­dure, man­age­ment of the award file and the award memo, val­ue of the award approx. 200 mil­lion €.

Prepa­ra­tion of all award and con­tract doc­u­ments (except ser­vice descrip­tion) for the award of refur­bish­ment and mod­ern­iza­tion work for apart­ments, suc­cess­ful imple­men­ta­tion of a direct award in accor­dance with VOB/A, man­age­ment of the award file and the award note, val­ue of the award approx. € 2.2 mil­lion
