Cost absorption for specialist lawyer courses
If you want to become a specialist lawyer, you must meet certain requirements. Successful continuing education requires attendance at courses, typically over three to six months. The cost of these courses is usually about 2000 €. But don’t worry, abante will cover these costs for you and also support you in terms of time for further training.

Abante specializes in public procurement law, construction and IT contract law, public grants law and public procurement law. We work nationwide, both in an advisory and litigation capacity. Our head office is located in Leipzig and we have a branch office in Rostock. However, many of our employees are only in one of the two offices every few weeks; they mainly work from home.
Our core competence is the preparation and handling of procurement procedures for public clients and grant recipients. This is where our name comes from; abantiare means to bring forward. In other words, Abante moves contracts forward — legally compliant and swiftly. Sometimes also for bidders and applicants, i.e. for the other side of the market. But we are not a hedge fund law firm, we do not define ourselves by our hourly rates. Respect for our clients, mostly subdivisions of the public sector, and their employees demands this. Because they, just like us at abante, are motivated by one thing above all: professionalism. For our clients, the procurement principles of proportionality and sustainability, competition, equal treatment and transparency are not just lip service, on the contrary.
