Activ­i­ty: Pro­cure­ment law sup­port and advice on the nego­ti­at­ed award with­out a call for com­pe­ti­tion pur­suant to Sec­tion 12 UVgO for the pro­cure­ment and instal­la­tion of 12 fresh water sta­tions using the con­tin­u­ous flow prin­ci­ple. Both sup­plies and ser­vices were ten­dered, with the main oblig­a­tion being the sup­ply of the appli­ances and the instal­la­tion and dis­man­tling of the old appli­ances being mere­ly ancil­lary ser­vices.
