Stefan Didt

As a specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law, my focus is on construction and planning awards as well as construction contract law, engineering contract law and plant construction law. In addition to being a specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law, I successfully completed the theoretical part of the specialist lawyer for public procurement law in June 2024. I also hold seminars, e.g. as part of in-house training courses on the basics of construction and planning procurement and construction contract law. I am also a member of the German Bar Association.

My balance to my work at the law firm is music. I am passionate about playing the piano and saxophone; sometimes alone, sometimes in an ensemble. But I also find peace and strength for the everyday tasks of a working family man by growing fruit and vegetables in the garden.

Preparation and publication of all documents for the award of planning services for a multi-purpose hall for cultural and sporting events (worth € 1.1 million)
Preparation of contract documents for VOB/B construction and HOAI planner contracts. Advice on the privileged status of VOB/B pursuant to § 310 para. 2 sentence 3 BGB. Influence of the ECJ decision on the infringement of the HOAI a. F. against EU law
Examination of supplementary claims regarding under-recovered overhead costs in the case of reduced quantities in a VOL/B contract
Declaration of termination for good cause, enforcement of claims for damages for delay and reimbursement of additional costs in the amount of approx. 200,000.00 €
Examination of the public procurement law basis for the re-awarding of unperformed services from a terminated contract. The subject matter was steel construction work with a value of around €545,000.00
