For more than two decades, I have been advising highly regulated industries on public law, health law and, in particular, public procurement law issues. I support globally active companies, governments and state institutions on major public sector projects with a high public profile.

As a specialist lawyer for public procurement law, administrative law and medical law, the focus of my advisory work and representation in major court proceedings lies in the areas of pharmaceuticals and healthcare, infrastructure and transportation as well as defense and security. As an honorary professor of public law and editor and author of a large number of specialist publications and standard works on public law and in particular on health and public procurement law, I contribute directly to the development of the law in these areas.
