We introduce you to

Dr. Marc Pauka

As a specialist lawyer for public procurement law, I advise and represent clients and contractors in complex procurement procedures with a focus on defense, security and IT procurement. My many years of experience as an in-house procurement lawyer on the client side at the IT system house of the German Armed Forces gives me a deep understanding of the special requirements of defense and defense-related procurement - from the conception of the procedure to the drafting and enforcement of the contract.
I support both public clients and private contractors in legally compliant procurement in the defense and IT sectors, including the requirements of secret competition, the VSVgV and the public price law of Regulation PR 30/53. As a lecturer at the Technical University of Deggendorf for public procurement law and public price law, I combine academic penetration with concrete consulting practice.
From Bonn - the location of central parts of the Federal Ministry of Defense and important companies in the defence industry - I am close to the players I advise.
Please feel free to contact me at pauka@abante.de to.
