My main areas of practice as a lawyer at abante Rechtsanwälte are public procurement lawwith interfaces to contract and grant law. I advise and accompany public clients in the planning, implementation and handling of procurement procedures - practical, legally compliant and solution-oriented.
A particular focus is on the preparation and support for the awarding of contracts for supplies and servicesespecially in the area of awarding of IT services in the education sector.
I am also regularly involved in bidder consulting from strategic preparation and submission of bids to support during the procedure and representation in review proceedings.
