Since being admitted to the bar, I have been involved in a wide range of construction projects at all relevant stages, from planning to completion and execution of the respective project. My knowledge in this area has been demonstrated by the successful completion of specialist lawyer courses in construction and architectural law and public procurement law. I work primarily for public clients. A particular focus lies in the legal support of grant construction and the enforcement of interests in road construction and civil engineering.
In addition to supervising the execution of construction work, I also focus on the awarding of complex construction and planning services and represent clients in complaints and review proceedings. Here I act for public clients as well as for bidders and applicants. I usually handle project management and planning contracts as well as complex general contractor, general contractor, technical contractor and technical inspection contracts and represent clients in complaints and review proceedings.
