Anne Grahl
As a lawyer at abante Rechtsanwälte, I mainly advise and represent private grant recipients and public clients, in particular non-university research institutions and departmental research institutions, in all matters relating to public procurement law. I specialize in tenders for research and development services and supplies. I am also involved in procurements for hospitals and universities.
Working closely with clients, I always strive to find tailor-made solutions that achieve the procurement objective in the best possible way. I am always at the client's side during the procurement procedure and also after the contract has been awarded. If desired, I am happy to take over the complete handling of the procedure and legal project management.
For me, this includes the legal support of the client's projects as well as the preparation and drafting of the contracts that are to be concluded as a result of the award procedure.
My consulting topics include
- Market investigation
- PCP (pre-commercial procurement)
- Direct awards
- Examination of exceptional circumstances
- Choice of process type
- Assistance with the award of contracts and processing, including legal review of tender documents, support with the design of suitability and award criteria and assistance in all presentation and negotiation rounds
- Contract design
- Examination of grant law requirements and their implementation as part of the awarding process
- In-house training courses and seminars
Not only as a speaker at the DVNW Academy, I am very happy to regularly pass on my practical knowledge to all those interested in public procurement law in seminars and in-house training courses.
I am also a member of the German Procurement Network.
