Josephine Buchholz
As a lawyer at abante Rechtsanwälte, I represent and advise both public clients and bidders comprehensively in the area of public procurement law, in particular in the area of awarding construction and planning services. My aim is to support clients in a legally secure and practical manner from strategic preparation through to successful implementation of complex procurement procedures.
Another focus of my work is the legal representation of bidders. I support my clients in conflict situations, in particular in the context of complaint and review proceedings. I use my legal expertise to vigorously represent their interests in order to effectively protect and enforce their rights in the procurement procedure.
In addition, my many years of practical experience gained from working in the event, security and security guard industry - supplemented by the acquisition of the expert examination according to § 34a para. 1 sentence 3 no. 3 and para. 1a sentence 2 GewO (German Trade Regulation Act) - enables me to provide sound and industry-specific knowledge for individual advice in this sensitive field.
I always deal with the legal challenges of public procurement law in close cooperation with the client and the team in a structured, transparent and solution-oriented manner.
