On Jan\u00adu\u00adary 20, 2021, the Fed\u00ader\u00adal Cab\u00adi\u00adnet adopt\u00aded the \u201cOrdi\u00adnance on the Oper\u00ada\u00adtion of the Reg\u00adis\u00adter for the Pro\u00adtec\u00adtion of Com\u00adpe\u00adti\u00adtion for Pub\u00adlic Con\u00adtracts and Con\u00adces\u00adsions.\u201d This ordi\u00adnance forms the basis for the estab\u00adlish\u00adment of a com\u00adpe\u00adti\u00adtion reg\u00adis\u00adter at the Fed\u00ader\u00adal Car\u00adtel Office. <\/p>\n

The Bun\u00addeskartel\u00adlamt has now start\u00aded the reg\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion of eli\u00adgi\u00adble pub\u00adlic bod\u00adies for the oper\u00ada\u00adtion of the nation\u00adwide com\u00adpe\u00adti\u00adtion reg\u00adis\u00adter. This was announced by the author\u00adi\u00adty in a press release dat\u00aded March 25, 2021 and by the Fed\u00ader\u00adal Min\u00adistry of Eco\u00adnom\u00adics in a cir\u00adcu\u00adlar dat\u00aded March 03, 2021. <\/p>\n
