Still oth\u00aders seem to have nev\u00ader heard the term \u201cGAEB\u201d (hap\u00adpens!). Of those that require or even allow a GAEB file, some also want a com\u00adplet\u00aded PDF. Still oth\u00aders are sat\u00adis\u00adfied with the GAEB file or a PDF. In short, it\u2019s a mud\u00addle! And chaos is usu\u00adal\u00adly at the expense of the bid\u00adder. It is there\u00adfore not enough to deter\u00admine exact\u00adly which GAEB file must be sub\u00admit\u00adted. You should also pay close atten\u00adtion to the exten\u00adsion of the ver\u00adsion pro\u00advid\u00aded by the client. And whether you can edit these files clean\u00adly with your own soft\u00adware. <\/p>\n

If it goes wrong, there is often already no read\u00adable offer at the open\u00ading date. The client either can\u00adnot read out a GAEB file, or he could, but believes he does not have to because he has made a dif\u00adfer\u00adent sub\u00admis\u00adsion spec\u00adi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion. Or, quite dif\u00adfer\u00adent\u00adly, he has only request\u00aded GAEB files and refus\u00ades to read out the PDF, although exact\u00adly this would be easy for him (who can\u2019t read a PDF?). All this is very annoy\u00ading for the bid\u00adder. Because the bid\u00adder must now reck\u00adon with the exclu\u00adsion of the offer.
