Pro\u00adcure\u00adment pro\u00adce\u00addures are by no means only reviewed by pro\u00adcure\u00adment cham\u00adbers and OLG sen\u00adates. In fact, the review activ\u00adi\u00adties of the review bod\u00adies rep\u00adre\u00adsent only the small\u00adest part of all pro\u00adcure\u00adment con\u00adtrols. Con\u00adtract\u00ading author\u00adi\u00adties are often con\u00adfront\u00aded with crit\u00adi\u00adcal inquiries or in-depth reviews by the review author\u00adi\u00adties respon\u00adsi\u00adble for them. Many peo\u00adple are not at all clear which review author\u00adi\u00adties exist, what their respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adties are and how they \u2014 as con\u00adtract\u00ading author\u00adi\u00adties \u2014 can defend them\u00adselves against them, or how they \u2014 as bid\u00adders or appli\u00adcants \u2014 can pur\u00adsue their inter\u00adests with the involve\u00adment of such an author\u00adi\u00adty. <\/span><\/p>

Apart from the review bod\u00adies, which oth\u00ader author\u00adi\u00adties review award pro\u00adce\u00addures? <\/strong><\/h2>

In some fed\u00ader\u00adal states, there are pro\u00adcure\u00adment review bod\u00adies that review a pro\u00adcure\u00adment pro\u00adce\u00addure not in response to a bid\u00adder com\u00adplaint and not before the award deci\u00adsion, but before it is ini\u00adti\u00adat\u00aded or when it has long been com\u00adplet\u00aded. They are some\u00adtimes inter\u00adnal advi\u00adsors to the pub\u00adlic sec\u00adtor, some\u00adtimes inter\u00adnal con\u00adtrol bod\u00adies. These offices are often called \u201cVer\u00adgabepr\u00fcf\u00adstelle\u201d, some\u00adtimes there is also a \u201cVOB-Stelle\u201d, which con\u00adtrols con\u00adstruc\u00adtion con\u00adtracts. <\/span><\/p>
